From February into November we do a class almost every weekend. These are booked on a "first come - first served" basis. Reservations are running six months to a year ahead at this point, but bear in mind we do have cancellations, so call to find out when there are openings. Or, send us an email asking to join our email list, and you will be notified when spaces become available.
 
Menus vary with the seasons, the garden, and the makeup of our group. We try to avoid repetition for returning guests.
 
We send you home stimulated and inspired to try out new recipes and a few new techniques, with a rejuvenated sense of what it means to live the good life. We hope you can join us!

You can gather your own group of eight or join a class with open spaces. The total cost, which includes accomodations, is $1750 per couple. This covers all meals, recipes, classes and wines from Friday evening through Sunday lunch. Single enrollment and occupancy are possible -- cost depends on arrangements.

We have a number of spaces still open for this season's classes. Most dates have just two to four spaces available. These dates are:
