Midweek

If you’ve never been to The Apple Farm, join us for one of our midweek occassions and get a taste of what we do. A good option for locals and others that are not too far away and want a sociable meal with new friends.

Last Wednesday Lunches

On the last Wednesday of each month we gather to prepare and enjoy a three course lunch together.

The cost is $90 per person and the class is from 10am–3pm. For guests who stay overnight, the cost is $350 for two, including taxes. Last Wednesday dates in 2012 include:

  • Menus from the Spring Garden: March 28th, April 25th, May 30th
  • Early Summer Produce: June 27th
  • Mexican Cooking with Cruz: July 25th
  • Preserving Bounty: August 29th
  • Fall’s Harvest of Apples and Pears: September 26th, October 24th

Second Wednesday Dinners

Once a month we hold a midweek hands-on dinner. Up to eight people participate, and the cooking starts at 4pm. A wonderful way to take a break in the middle of our busy lives to take pleasure in good food and good company.

The cost is $400 for the 3 course hands-on dinner for two including overnight (double occupancy). For guests that are not staying overnight, the cost is $125 per person. The menus are seasonal, inspired by what is currently in abundance on the farm.

Private Parties

If you would like to gather your own group for a midweek lunch or dinner class we will be happy to schedule it.

Taking the extra time and including a night or two in our cottages makes it really special. The Boonville Hotel does their prix fix menu on Thursday nights, so if you plan it right you can do it all.
