Just Stay

Our cottages sit in a group among the apple trees, forming a little village of sorts. Each has a porch to sit on, a wonderful big bathroom and a comfy queen sized bed. Our original guest room, the "Room with a View" continues to be a favorite, probably because of the view and all the open windows. Its nice big Cal-King bed is also a draw. Sally’s Place is newly available for rent and also features a Cal-King, a built in lounge that converts to two twins, a full kitchen, good wifi, and two porches. It’s great for families and extended stays.

Our guest spaces are all handsome, spacious, and comfortable. All rooms have gas fireplaces for warmth and ceiling fans to keep them cool in the summer. Rates are $375 per night,($395 starting in May 2024), plus 11% room tax. There is a two night minimum at all times. Sally’s Place is an entire apartment and includes a kitchen so there is an added cleaning fee of $150 to account for the additional space.

Kids are most welcome at the farm. There is a $50 per night per child charge to cover towels, bedding, and breakfast. No charge for infants. There are no planned activities but they will find plenty to explore.

Midweek is the easiest time to reserve when the date is close, but check out the calendar as it is a changeable thing. Go to Just Stay Reservations to find out what is open and to view photos of each room.

Note: While we do our best to give you the specific room you reserve, sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control that make it necessary to move you to another room.

What to Expect

A stay at the farm comes with morning breakfast of coffee, yogurt, and granola, and toast or biscuits, served with our own apple juice and jams.

In keeping with our lifestyle, we like to provide a genuine escape from the noise of the world. Our rooms do not have phones, televisions, or other electronics. Wi-Fi is available in the common areas. Please don’t expect room service or turndowns with chocolates. Your towels will dry nicely if you hang them up.

The farm is a busy place. As such, we try to make our guests feel welcome but self-sufficient. Guests who come for a Stay and Cook weekend or midweek meal receive our full attention as we are cooking together. Guests staying outside of those events may only see us in passing. Don't hesitate to wave us down if you have any questions or needs.

If you let us know when you expect to arrive, we can make sure you get special check in instructions if no one going to be around up front. If you have been here before, you are welcome to find your cottage or room and settle right in.
