Our farmhouse cider contains no additives of any kind. We rely on the natural yeasts for fermentation and the individual apples for flavor and variation. The result is a lovely dry cider, refreshing with our meals and as an ingredient in soups and stews. Each 60 gallon barrel (around 250 bottles) is fermented dry then tasted and blended if necessary for complexity. The ones we don't like go into the vinegar barrel. We sometimes offer cider tastings on the weekends in season, so look for the sign at the farm stand!

Our ciders are harvest driven, which means we press the best of what is currently ripe. They all ferment at a different rate, so we release the varietals and blends at the farm stand as they come of age.

We are excited about the block of “true blue” bitter cider apples we’ve been growing. We’ve been blending the small harvests we’ve had and the results are very encouraging!
